YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS,
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE.
1. Acceptance of Terms.
These terms and conditions apply to all users of the Total Textile web site including casual browsers.
2. Contract Forming Process.
In placing an order with Total Textiles S.C. you are making an offer to purchase the goods listed on the order at the price stated. Total Textiles S.C. reserves the right to accept or decline this offer. If the offer is accepted (and the contract concluded) you will either be sent an email to confirm that the goods have been despatched to your stated delivery address, or contacted by phone/email to arrange a delivery date for your goods.
The contents of your shopping basket can be viewed and edited at any time during the purchasing process by clicking on the basket icon on the top right hand side of the page. Prior to submission of your order any personal details can be edited by returning to the checkout screen. If you wish to correct any input errors after submitting your order this can be done by emailing sales@total-textiles.com with details of your name and order number and any changes required.
3. Availability.
We endeavour to indicate if an item is unavailable for any reason. In the event that you order an item which we subsequently discover is unavailable, we will contact you and let you know when we anticipate that the item will become available. You can then decide whether to continue with your order, cancel your order (in which case we will refund any monies paid by you), or place an order for an alternative item.
4. Description.
Please note that all photographs and illustrations are representative only. All measurements are approximate.
5. Provision of information.
When you order any items from us you will need to provide us with your name, address, e-mail address and credit card details. We will use these details in accordance with our privacy policy. For details of our privacy policy please click here.
You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself whenever you order any items from us.
6. Pricing.
All prices are stated in Euros. Prices are inclusive of IVA (Tax). In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Site was incorrect for any reason we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price.
7. Payment.
You may pay for your order in any of the following ways:
- Online by using most major Credit and Debit cards.
- Bank transfer.
9. Right to cancel, Returns and Refunds.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery for all items. If you wish to cancel your order within this period please complete the Return Form which will be provided to you with your order and email us on sales@total-textiles.com to arrange the return of the item(s).
In the event that you cancel an order before the items have been despatched to you, we
will give you a full refund of any monies paid within ten days to a maximum of 30 days
of receipt of notification from you that you wish to cancel your order. In the event that
you cancel an order after the items have been despatched to you we will refund the value
of the items to you within ten days of your having returned the items to us in an unused
re-saleable condition. Refunds will be made by way of a credit to your Credit Card/Debit
Card account. If the returned item(s) are faulty and you have paid to return them we will
refund the delivery cost.
Please note that your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and
conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
If any of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall remain fully enforceable. No waiver by us of any term shall be deemed to be continuing or shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term.

Making Returns
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. You may return products personally to our store; this will not attract any charge.
If, for whatever reason, you feel that you would like to send your goods back for an exchange or refund. Please read the following carefully.
- If you are not happy with your purchases please return them to us within 7 days of receipt.
- We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
- We strongly recommend you obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
- We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is deemed faulty by Total Textiles S.C.
